Easily the best option for desktop computer users or people having network or internet problems,the ON SITE DIAGNOSTIC puts us right where the problem is. You would reap the following benefits
from going the onsite route.
- Faster service - We will diagnose AND fix your pc right there same day*. That custs out the wait in line at the shop!
- No moving - We come to you so you don't have to disconnect or reconnect ANYTHING. Plus computers can be oh so heavy and difficult to move. There will be none of that with this option.
- Free computer quick scan - Diagnosing your troubled pc will take a little time to allow for all the test to run. Meanwhile, we will give all of your other computers, laptops and dekstops alike, a good check up and make recommendatons for better performance and security while we're there for FREE OF CHARGE.
- Half off services - Your services get CHEAPER as you add them. The first service is full price and each additional onsite service* is HALF OFF the original fee.
Shop Diagnostic
If time is not a factor or if you have a laptop, then a diagnostic at the shop is the better routefor you. Most shop diagnostics will be performed in full within 24-48 hours. The repairs will be
performed upon agreement from the customer and parts, if needed, are obtained.
- More tools - Let's face it. Our techs can't carry the whole store with them to do on site diagnostics, but we've got the whole shop here....AT THE SHOP!
